Our speciality-grade coffee is sourced from importers who believe in ethical sourcing of coffee beans, as coffee has to be sustainable for the quality to be maintained. If the farmer or cooperative isn’t adequately compensated, then it’s too easy for them to resort to commercial-grade coffee, and give up on the extra care and quality that makes speciality-grade coffee.
